I am so excited to share my thoughts and life with you all. I have been thinking about it for a while now but never had enough courage to really go for it. A little about me: I am a recent grad of Florida Gulf Coast University, with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. I am originally from Chicago but was lucky enough to enjoy the Florida sun the past 4 years.

I have gone from being a full time student and having 4+ different work positions at once, to graduating and moving home for what I thought would only be a few months, to a few extra months without a set future plan in mind. Quite the change recently.

While in college I was able to learn how important it is to put yourself first and enjoy your own company; trust me I know that can be difficult to do.

I am now in a totally new phase of my life, filled with much uncertainty. The one thing that I always come back to is focusing on building a relationship with myself and enjoy my own company:)

I am currently working at Hotworx, an infrared sauna fitness studio, as well as working on my life and health coaching business. This website will also serve as a place to gain insight on the importance of having a coach (more to come on that, stay tuned:))
